Do you think more integrated tools are required to be able to manage and secure data within the content stores that you utilize?

I think there's a huge scope for improvement. My immediate reaction when I speak about any of these larger solutions we already own is, “Why do I need to look elsewhere for this? Why can't Microsoft Office 365 (for example), just do this for us?” that will be great. I think vendors are gearing up to a lot of these integrated technologies as we've seen in the recent past. Especially for companies like us, we would love to adopt, adapt and improve on that.

I would definitely like to see the existing provider in the content area do a better job securing what's already there and not leaving that to an outside vendor. Obviously outside vendors are going to be more motivated in a lot of ways because that's going to be their entire product offering, but I'd rather see it done inside the app. That way you can kind of rest assured that you get those solutions as a native function of the app you've bought, rather than having to kind of try to forklift some other solution onto it.
