What part of the Pulse Executive Community do you find the most valuable to your role?

The core aspect of the product that still continues to resonate with me is the polls and surveys. I've also been part of the Wine and Wisdoms, and I've checked in with a bunch of people who've reviewed that. I think Pulse has done a phenomenal job of being able to curate some of that content and structure it. I think that's been well received.

I think that the reports are what I see as most valuable. That data set from survey responses. I feel like we've always leveraged our CIO community. Like when I was, like, "Shoot, what should I do about this?" I'd reach out to five CIOs that I know and say, "Hey, what are you doing about this?" And they'd come back and say, "Oh, here's what I'm doing." But then how do I turn that information into something that I can get the rest of the organization to believe is credible and not just ad hoc or biased by my preference. I feel like the stuff that comes out of Pulse is really effective to kind of say, "Hey, this isn't just me that thinks this, and it's not just my like-minded CIOs that I like to go to because we often think alike." It's like, "Hey, this is based on a breadth of responses." It's not just me saying this. But it's also that I'm able to do that in a more opportunistic way, whereas I feel like when I was paying for Gartner and other things, it was like on occasion something would come up, and I'd be like, "Oh, I'll go there to see if they can help me." Rarely did it help me as much as I wanted. What I like about the Pulse community is that, as something comes up, I can come here and see what I can dig up pretty quickly without having to set up a call or whatever. And I will get something that looks a lot more data driven and not just opinion based.
