What new tool or technology are you most excited to see emerge in the market?

The demand and the need for instant omni-channel communication and collaboration has really accelerated. It's just not “good enough” to have WordPress or Adobe CMS or all of these older tools anymore. You need a platform where you create once and deploy anywhere. I'm excited about what I'm seeing there, as people today are delivering API first solutions, they are building with the future in mind, and they're doing it in ways that enable the engineering team and the marketers to collaborate within the same platform, not two different platforms.

Looking at tech advancement in the ML space, I see machine learning in two ways. One is the machine learning tools and the horizontal solutions around that, and that can be applied anywhere and I'm still bullish on that sector.I'm also excited about companies that inject AI and machine learning and data into their current functioning. And I think that has a lot to do with the data stack. And even thinking of the data stack, I think of it as small data and big data. I think you can get insights from both. On the big data side, it's obviously the Snowflake and that's BigQuery stack. And then I also think the small data piece is really interesting as we see the rise of the citizen data scientists, business analysts, and thinking about tooling around that to help people get quick predictions and quick insights without having to run heavy models. So I see that being a twofold impact in that way. But I just think this is going to continue to grow.
