Have you found any innovative ways to manage a distributed  workforce?

There's a bunch of companies in the Bay Area that got together and said, "Let's create a framework for working remote and how people are wanting to move to different locations, and get out of the Bay Area." Basically, their site, flexwork.life,  is an HR site based on all these parameters that are in the flex work environment. An employee can visit the site and say, "Okay here's all the available locations that my company can pay taxes in, so if I want to move to Texas, I just hit the dropdown and I say, 'Okay what's my salary if I move to Texas?'" It knows who you are because you're logged in. It knows all your information. It says, "Okay your salary would drop by 10% or 15%." You'd get an idea of what things would look like as you go. That way you don't have to keep calling HR and guessing and negotiating.
