Given managing the remote workforce, what issues or challenges does your organization struggle with in analyzing how people are spending and allocating  time during work hours?

Top Answer : I only care about my staff doing their work and completing their tasks. If their work is getting done then they are doing their job. I do not micromanage and I trust my staff. Zero trust and micromanaging is what causes personnel issues and employees to not like their job and not do their work. Give people assignments, timelines and tasks and let them do the work don’t micromanage.
