Your experience / recommendations for Risk registers please.... At our (midsize) organization we are noting down risks in a pretty basic Excel, which is obviously not great to keep track and communicate.   Without going overboard, what are some of the directions I should look at to keep e.g. stakeholders informed of vendor or infrastructure risks?

There’s a lot of great tools for this, and don’t worry excel is probably the second best tool for anything! If your organization is already using something to track work in progress like Jira or ServiceNow, I’d suggest looking at these.
