What do you do during the few precious minutes you have between Zoom meetings?

Get a coffee, make a phone call, use the rest room, lie down on the sofa for two minutes, go outside and walk to the mailbox, go see my life or kids in other rooms in the house, get ready for the next meeting...

You have time between web conferences?  I find most of my meetings overlap, so I just make time.   Lunch and other bio breaks are multitasking opportunities.  And when I need a true break I just block time for being tuned out.

Typically it's a bio break and a beverage refill or if the timing is right grabbing a bite to eat, usually late........

Take a mental health break and step away from the computer. Spend time with family, get something to drink, read, get coffee/tea, water, walk the dog. have  a snack or some food. Anything but work, the key is to ensure you disconnect. I encourage all of directs and teams to do the same as part of their mental wellness and to maintain a healthy work/personal life balance.

In the morning probably for a coffee refill or comfort break, during the afternoon if the weather is good (sunny) stepping outdoors for a few minutes is nice to recharge.

I try to keep my meetings to the minimum, but when I'm in this crazy rush meeting after meeting, I try to use these moments to recompose myself, relaxing a bit when possible, having a glass of water and preparing my mind for the next one. But sometimes I use this moment to check my messages and have something urgent to do, which is the worst case scenario.
