This is something I do include a part of my process for our construction clients. Some appreciate the personality tests while others don't hold much weight to it. Unfortunately I find a lot of people are still hiring from their gut.

That is one of the factors that we’ve been using for a couple of years lately. We had some problems with some managers who lacked EQ that had us into problems. So, besides hard skills assessment we run a battery of tests related to EQ to know more about the candidate than we did before.
