Q&A, Pulse Q&A, IT, Spend Intentions Interesting article  - I think a lot of tech or already agile / progressive companies are especially leaning towards this... I'd submit that it's greater number than we even think... and especially in those areas hit hardest by the pandemic like NYC. From a IT/security perspective to me this screams "IAM" the loudest. From an organization or cultural perspective I'm very curious to see how companies navigate the questions around compensation. If you're WFA and your SF developer moves to Wyoming... do they keep their salary?
