Don't have a plan enormously more expensive just for SSO so these tools can be more accessible and manageable. #nossotax - looking at you Asana and Monday amongst others!

Overcommunication. It's good to use tools to make sure everyone is on the same page and able to co-create but sometimes it seems that you won't even get to the creating part since everyone is so busy communicating about everything. The best teams I worked with remotely are mostly very quiet teams built on mutual trust and loyalty.
