Has anyone looked into and/or implemented solutions that claim to track the "Digital Employee Experience" and provide #IT with better, proactive insights into their internal customers' satisfaction, or lack thereof? I'm trying to determine whether this is really a new space and a platform, or a set of features that could be added to, say, an HCM solution

Top Answer :  recently coined the term 'Morale-as-a-Service' and as far as we've researched, there are a small number of vendors offering variants of this (Culture Amp, Achievers, TINYPulse, OfficeVibe to name a few). Lots of positive testimonials from managers - but testimonials from employees are lacking. I'd be interested to see what employees say about the frequency of extra feedback forms they have to add onto their daily workloads and any added pressure they feel to be demonstrably 'engaging'.
