I am having major issues with the mobile app. I can no longer even open the app - I get a "Pulse QA keeps crashing" error. I have an Android (Samsung) phone and it is completely up to date OS-wise. To only be able to redeem via mobile seems not to make sense - how much extra cost is it to maintain the rewards page on the website??? Are people not coming to the website and only using their phones?? I just do not understand the business model and why the shift.
