Due to the nature of our business, this is a major concern of ours. Not to say we still wouldnt use Zoom, just not for anything related to our data controls.

Right tool for the right job. We have Teams and Zoom. Zoom excels at having the larger video call grid. That's the biggest reason for our people to use Zoom over Teams. It's also, coincidentally, one of the highest requested feature to the Teams team at Microsoft, with over 40,000 votes.

the response from Zoom has been strong and i continue to monitor this to see if we need to pivot. Our initial recommendation was to use Meet but our leadership pushed hard for Zoom. Then all hell broke loose - so things are changing daily. I believe the response has been appropriate but will see over the next 90 days..
