With approximately 115,000 people employed in the recruitment industry in the UK and 80% of which are furloughed that’s 92,000 not working with approximately 23,000 working from home…. What will this extended period of spending time at home do to the great British Recruiter? Scenarios for me are in no order of ranking: Happy and Humble “Get me back to the office”, I can’t wait to get behind my desk and be with my team to repay the support of my business leaders who have supported me through this time. Go it alone, Work-from-home “I’m never going back to the office again” I’m going to set up from home and take my chances by backing myself. Franchise/License route I’m taking control and purchasing a franchise or license limiting my risk with an existing brand and business model. Hit the eject button That’s it I’m out of here & getting out of the industry altogether. Rescue I’m going back to my office/company, but I really don’t want too. I’ll be out of there as soon as I can. What will this extended period of spending time at home do to the great British Recruiter?

Happy and Humble

“Get me back to the office”, I can’t wait to get behind my desk and be with my team to repay the support of my business leaders who have supported me through this time.

Go it alone, Work-from-home
